Oregon regulates hazardous waste generators based partly on the amount and type of hazardous waste they generate.
Depending on your generator status and activities, your business may be required to notify the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), obtain or maintain a site identification number, follow specific accumulation requirements, and complete required reporting.
